Mini Easter Party Hats

Here are the supplies you are going to need to make these fabulous hats:

Candy Cups

Tissue Fringe Garland

Tissue Paper

Cardstock

Hair Clips (available online, at a craft store & local drugstore.)

Hot Glue Gun

Scissors

Pencil

HOW TO MAKE:

Trace your candy cup on your cardstock and cut out the circle. 

Run a line of hot glue along the inner edge of the candy cup's rim and attach the paper circle.

Your candy cup should now look like this...........

Pinch the center of your tissue paper square and twist it to form the poof. Hot glue this to the side of your candy cup.

Working in small sections hot glue your fringe garland around the rim of your cup, going over where you glued the tissue paper poof. Trim your garland once you've covered the entire rim and fluff your fringe.

Finally, glue your hair clip to the cardstock on the bottom of your hat, making sure the end of the clip hangs over the edge for easy gripping.

And that's a wrap! Now you just need to wait for the Easter bunny to do his thing so you can get to egg hunting and candy eating, all while looking totally fancy in your new mini hats!
