A Simple Fall Celebration

We had a little impromptu party this past Friday. We got together with some friends we hadn't seen in way too long. The day before our play date, my four year old decided we should make it a party (and who am I to tell her, "no"?!) She was very specific about what she wanted to serve (I love an enthusiastic little hostess). Thankfully for me, it was all stuff I could whip up pretty quickly....and of course having cute things like stripey straws and washi tape on hand, helped create the perfect finishing touches.

It was very simple & totally perfect. We nibbled, we sipped, we played in the leaves.......and most importantly, we relished in one of life's greatest gifts...friendship. And, it just goes to show you, a party doesn't have to be over the top to be a true celebration

    1. Thanks! Sadly enough their little rooms are looking pretty bare these days. We are preparing for a big move, so we are slowly packing up. But, I can try to get a couple pics of the little bit of cuteness that is left. xo
